Delivery & Returns
- Your insoles will be despatched to the address supplied by you within seven working days from acceptance of order.
- Our standard delivery service normally takes three to five working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Your insoles will be properly packed and secured to ensure that they reach their destination in an undamaged condition.
- Your insoles will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery or other carrier and will require a signature upon delivery.
- In the event of any problems with your delivered goods you must notify us within seven days of receiving them.
- If you’re not satisfied with the items you can return them to us within seven days of receipt.
- If the goods are unopened and unused you will receive a full refund for your order.
- If the goods have been opened and show signs of use then we reserve the right to refuse the return.
